Refund policy

Claims and Returns:

A) No returns without a valid return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) issued by SciencePurchase. Returns may be requested using the Return Request Form. Alternatively, you may request a return by sending an e-mail to: jai@sciencepurchase.com or by calling: 1.800.972.2225

B) No collect or COD returns.

C) All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. If purchasing an item as a gift or without the intention of using the item immediately, please ensure that the item is tested upon receipt.

D) All returns must be in the original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. To preserve the resalable condition, returned item(s) must be packaged in a mailing box or envelope (DO NOT place a mailing label directly on the product unless it is an item that was shipped to you in it's original packaging).

E) Items returned due to customer error or decision may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge. If being returned due to a customer error or decision, the customer must pay for the return shipping.

F) Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable. Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

G) "Special Ordered Items" and custom packages are non-returnable.

H) Defective merchandise will be replaced if it is returned within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been soldered or altered during assembly. In the event that it is determined by our quality assurance team that a returned item was damaged by the customer, not returned with all parts and/or accessories, not in the original condition and/or has obvious signs of use not due to our company's error, up to a 50% restocking fee may apply. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price.

I) No refunds on shipping charges on returns (the cost to ship your order will be deducted from the refund).
