If you believe that your order was lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible using the Order Missing Form. 

Please note that when purchasing Model Rocket Engines, these items must be shipped Ground via USPS. Shipping time for these items is longer due to the classification of the product. We are unable to ship Model Rocket Engines outside the United States.

If your order does not arrive within the timeframe that was displayed during checkout, you may initialize a return request using the Return Request Form.
