The 115V 6000 Series electric wire wrapping and unwrapping tools have been designed for production and field service operations where wire sizes 18-32 AWG are used. The lightweight Lexan housing and the handle design greatly reduces problems normally experienced in repetitive motion injuries, such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. All our wire wrapping tools have a geared drive, a positive indexing mechanism, and a quality electric motor which requires no maintenance. The 6000 series comes with a light-pull trigger, a high-speed motor (4000 rpm), and a standard 20' power cord for optimal usage range from an electrical outlet. The SP 6021 is a Standard Wrap Gun with a 3W cord and 4000 RPM's. BR224 22-24AWG REGULAR WRAP BIT. (works with 22-24 Gauge wire) Only the bare wire is wrapped around the terminal. JDV's wire wrapping bits and sleeves are designed to give a long lasting, high-quality "REGULAR" type wrap connection. SLEEVE NOT INCLUDED.
