  • A single 60 foot heating cable is suitable for 60 foot long pipes that are 3/8 inches to 3/4 inches in diameter, or for 60 foot long pipes that are 1 to 1-1/2" in diameter. NOTE: Use only for water filled plastic (including PEX) or metal pipes. Not for use with anything else, like empty water pipes, fuel lines, hoses, gutters, steam lines, and so on.
