It counts the right number of coins into each tube. You then slide a wrapper over the tube, flip it and fold the wrapper shut by hand.
How do I set it for coin wrappers?
Press SET, then hold + or – for about 5 seconds until it beeps. That loads the standard wrapper count for each coin (for example, 40 quarters).
Does it count foreign coins?
No. It is designed for US coins only.
