MG Chemicals 8341-10ML is a 10 mL syringe of no-clean soldering flux paste. It is made for lead-free alloys and also works with conventional leaded solder, using a blend of rosin, thickener and synthetic resin. The tacky paste wets quickly and leaves clear, non-conductive, non-tacky residue, making it well suited to touch-up and rework of surface-mount assemblies.

Key Features

  • No-clean formula: residues are clear, non-conductive and non-tacky
  • Works with both lead-free and leaded solder alloys
  • Fast, widespread wetting
  • Tacky paste holds parts in place during rework

Frequently Asked Questions

What does no-clean mean?
The residue left after soldering is designed to be safe to leave on the board. 8341 leaves a clear, non-conductive, non-tacky residue.

What does ROL1 mean?
Under J-STD-004B, RO means rosin-based, L means low activity, and 1 means it contains halides below the class limit.

Can I use it with leaded solder?
Yes. It is designed for lead-free alloys but also works well with leaded solder.
