The RS-1215-20 has a NEMA 5-20P input plug (not compatible with standard household wall outlets). The NEMA 5-15/20R outlets are compatible with all standard 15A and 20A electrical equipment. Six of the outlets face forward, while the other six are located on the back of the unit. The extra-long 15 ft. cord allows this power strip to be mounted in a different area, or even a completely different room, from where it draws AC current, putting you in control of getting reliable power where you need it most.
Premium Safety Features
A lighted On/Off switch with locking cover eliminates accidental shut-off, while allowing you to see at a glance whether the unit is operational. A built-in, 20-amp circuit breaker prevents dangerous circuit overloads that could damage equipment. The breaker immediately shuts off AC input when it detects that the equipment load is drawing too much power.
